Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Fulfilment Co‑ordinator to join an operations team on a temp‑to‑perm basis. Working fully remotely, you will manage property viewing appointments, ensure service levels are met and support a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Secure non‑urgent appointment fulfilment while minimising cancellations.
• Make outbound calls to arrange and confirm appointments.
• Handle inbound calls, emails and live‑chat queries professionally.
• Coordinate with clients and members to resolve scheduling issues.
• Audit completed appointments for quality standards.
• Review reports, photographs and deliverables for accuracy.
• Provide detailed end‑of‑shift handovers.
• Assist with wider operational activities as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working remotely in an administrative or call‑centre environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound and inbound communications.
• Resilience and problem‑solving skills in a reactive, fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

What we offer

• £13.70 per hour (visible).
• Remote work with flexible schedule: Tuesday‑Friday 10 am‑7 pm and Saturday 9 am‑6 pm.
