Customer Relationship Manager (Care Home)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in Fareham. In this role you will drive occupancy by managing enquiries, promoting the home’s digital presence and building relationships within the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into resident placements, meeting occupancy targets.
• Develop and maintain the home’s digital profile and support marketing campaigns.
• Network with local organisations, residents, families and referral sources to generate leads.
• Conduct tours of the home and provide information to prospective residents and their relatives.
• Analyse sales data using Salesforce or a similar CRM and report on performance.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date contacts database and identify new marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably within healthcare.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
