Customer Sales Supervisor

About the role

Travis Perkins is recruiting a Customer Sales Supervisor for its branch in Southampton, Hampshire. You will lead and inspire a team while serving customers on the front line, delivering a first-class service and keeping colleagues and customers safe. The post is permanent and full time, with competitive pay plus bonus and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of customer service, helping and getting to know customers personally
• Handle customer requests, give product information, prepare quotes and help customers complete their purchases
• Ensure products move safely and correctly around the branch
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Required profile

• Experience in a supervisory role
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Adaptable, resilient and energetic, thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and outgoing, comfortable communicating face to face with customers
