Customer & Sales Support Coordinator

About the role

This position supports a global organisation by handling day‑to‑day customer operations, from order processing to quotation preparation, while providing technical assistance to internal sales and service teams. You will work in a hybrid environment, spending most of your time delivering high‑quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and issue quotations that meet customer specifications.
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries promptly.
• Provide administrative and technical support to sales and customer service teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records using SAP, CRM or similar systems.
• Manage multiple tasks under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role.
• Familiarity with SAP, CRM or comparable business systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with contacts at all levels.
• Highly organised with solid prioritisation capabilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
