Customer Service Account Manager – Edenbridge

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients in the manufacturing sector. You will work within a supportive team, collaborating with sales, engineering and planning to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Process enquiries, quotations and purchase orders using the company’s ERP system.
• Liaise with field sales, engineering and planning to keep customers informed on delivery schedules.
• Act as the escalation point for complex service requests and disputes.
• Coordinate resolution of complaints and returns with relevant departments.
• Support the Customer Services Manager and deputise when required.

Required profile

• Previous B2B customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
• Confidence using ERP and/or CRM systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially advanced Excel.
• Ability to read technical drawings and catalogues.
• Supervisory or team‑lead experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS 9100 standards is beneficial but not essential.
