About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join a well‑established, growing organisation in Bournemouth. You will be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, delivering professional advice and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
• Provide clear, professional advice and resolve client queries.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to maintain service quality.
• Maintain and update customer records and correspondence.
• Respond to emails, allocate queries and monitor daily workloads.
• Support administrative duties and contribute to team projects.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability with attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable.
