Customer Support Advisor (Veterinary Sector)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join a growing veterinary business on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. The role blends customer service, administration and project support, offering a fast‑paced office environment where you will help veterinary practices and their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to email and ticket enquiries from veterinary practices.
• Maintain and update customer records with a high level of accuracy.
• Support onboarding of new veterinary practices.
• Assist with Excel‑based projects, pricing updates and general administrative tasks.
• Liaise with suppliers to facilitate home delivery services.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional services to customers.

Required profile

• Previous office‑based customer service or administration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Proactive, positive attitude with the capacity to multitask.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
