Customer Service Advisor – Financial Services

About the role

This is a full‑time Customer Service Advisor position within a fast‑growing financial services business that supports thousands of clients across the UK. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing reassurance, clear explanations and problem‑solving over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information and resolve issues in line with service standards.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions in the company’s systems.
• Escalate complex queries to the appropriate internal teams while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and suggestions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a call‑centre or similar environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor.
• Reliability and a strong commitment to meeting service targets.
• Interest in building a long‑term career within financial services.
