About the role
Join Bosch Service Solutions as a Customer Service Advisor supporting a leading premium car manufacturer. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly, professional experience that reflects Bosch’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored, courteous service with the customer at the centre of every interaction.
- Handle all inbound and outbound communications promptly and knowledgeably.
- Engage customers to fully understand their needs and deliver a world‑class experience.
- Offer value‑add services that enhance brand reputation.
- Capture, maintain and ensure the quality of customer data.
- Coordinate with rescue workers in emergency situations and escalate issues when required.
Required profile
- Significant experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment (automotive, hospitality, travel/leisure or emergency services).
- Previous contact‑centre experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, listening and problem‑solving abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to work under pressure.
- High affinity for premium automotive brands and emerging technologies.
- Flexibility to work varied shift patterns and respond to customers from different countries.
