About the role

This position offers the chance to join a thriving FMCG team in Slough, delivering high‑quality service to customers and supporting internal operations. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate timely delivery of goods.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders and payments.
• Support the sales team by managing customer accounts and queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
