About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our Newcastle team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring a first‑class experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and courteously on arrival.
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks efficiently.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Create and process job cards, checking for existing work in progress.
- Verify account details, credit limits, and obtain necessary authorisations.
- Provide timely updates to customers and agree on timescales for unscheduled work.
- Raise invoices for work carried out and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering first‑class customer service.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
