Customer Service Advisor – Newcastle

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our Newcastle team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring a first‑class experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and courteously on arrival.
• Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks efficiently.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
• Create and process job cards, checking for existing work in progress.
• Verify account details, credit limits, and obtain necessary authorisations.
• Provide timely updates to customers and agree on timescales for unscheduled work.
• Raise invoices for work carried out and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering first‑class customer service.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
