Customer Service Advisor - Shift Work

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our Colnbrook office on a full‑time, shift‑based schedule. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries across phone, email and online channels while ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer queries, bookings and complaints via phone, email and web platforms.
• Proactively resolve issues, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets set by the Customer Service Manager.
• Track and chase delivery reports to keep clients informed about their shipments.
• Perform general administrative duties, including processing shipments and supporting fulfilment projects.
• Participate in on‑call duties once fully trained.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and active‑listening abilities.
• Clear, confident communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and a clean five‑year checkable history.
