Customer Service Advisor – Stockbroking & Investments

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Stockbroking and Investments team in Leeds. You will support customers with their investment accounts, shareholdings and complex queries, providing first‑touch resolution wherever possible.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and enquiries related to investment accounts and share dealing.
• Assist customers in accessing their accounts, understanding holdings and executing transactions.
• Resolve complex queries while adhering to financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a high‑volume customer service or call‑centre environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex problems.
• Commitment to delivering a customer‑centric service.
