Customer Service and Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join a well‑established experiences business in Coventry. You will handle inbound enquiries from customers who are already interested in spa days, breaks or treatments and guide them to the right booking without cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and live‑chat enquiries about spa days, spa breaks and treatments.
• Listen to understand the customer’s true need – relaxation, celebration or gift.
• Provide confident, impartial advice across a wide range of venues and packages.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Manage amendments and cancellations calmly and accurately.
• Maintain accurate booking records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Solid experience in a phone‑based customer service or sales advisor role (contact centre, reservations, bookings, retentions or membership sales).
• Warm and calm on the phone, able to build trust quickly.
• Comfortable guiding customers to a decision without hard selling.
• Commercially minded and motivated to hit targets.
• Accurate with systems and detail during busy periods.
• Available Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30 plus one Saturday in three.
• Experience in spa, salon, beauty, wellness, hospitality, travel or leisure is an advantage.
