About the role
This 13‑month paid apprenticeship gives you the chance to develop customer‑service skills in a retail optics environment while working full‑time alongside an experienced store team.
Required profile
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers' lives easier
- Great teamwork
- A good initiative
- Confidence in using IT systems
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
- Able to receive feedback and be open to development
- Not currently enrolled in another government‑funded course
What we offer
- Salary – £8.20 per hour
- 40‑hour week, including weekends
- 28 days holiday
