Customer Service Assistant

About the role
Join Southern Co‑op as a part‑time Customer Service Assistant and become the friendly face of a community‑focused store. Every shift offers variety, from helping neighbours with their shopping to keeping the store welcoming and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with queries and provide excellent service.
- Maintain tidy, well‑stocked shelves and attractive displays.
- Operate the checkout efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe and welcoming.
- Participate in community initiatives and store events.
Required profile
- Genuine enthusiasm for delivering great customer service.
- Hands‑on, can‑do attitude.
- Team player ready to support colleagues.
- Willingness to take on a range of store tasks.
