About the role
The Customer Service Assistant role at the Park Garage Service Station involves advising and serving customers, handling deliveries, maintaining the shop, merchandising stock and processing cash and card payments according to set procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly advice and service to customers across groceries, fuel, alcohol, tobacco, lottery and car‑cleaning services.
- Receive and organise deliveries, ensuring shelves are stocked and presented.
- Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of the station.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Support in‑store retail partners and promote loyalty programmes.
Required profile
- Shows pride in work and consistently delivers tasks to high standards.
- Enjoys a bright, busy environment and is focused on delivering a great customer experience.
