Customer Service Executive – B2B Account Management

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer‑focused professional to join a global market leader. In a hybrid setting you will manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts throughout the full lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries, orders and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Handle day‑to‑day enquiries, quotations, orders and account support activities.
• Conduct proactive outreach and regular account reviews to identify commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and support the wider sales team.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop sales opportunities and support customer projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Confident using CRM and other business systems.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, commercial mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Commutable to Dartford, South East England.
