Required profile

• Significant experience in high‑end VIP customer service (retail, hospitality, travel, or luxury automotive).
• Previous work in a customer contact centre is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• High emotional intelligence and a warm, positive approach.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and a team player.
• IT‑savvy with good MS Office and keyboard skills.
