About the role

Holcim UK is seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join its Northend team. You will be the main point of contact for allocated customer accounts, helping to drive sales targets and deliver a best‑in‑class experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned customer accounts and key contacts.
  • Process orders accurately and minimise service or sales errors.
  • Support sales teams in achieving targets through effective account management.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and escalations with a focus on resolution.
  • Promote Holcim’s products and services across designated sales channels.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales support or account management.
  • Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and resolving complaints.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Highly organised with solid planning and time‑management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, customer‑first mindset.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • IT literacy and ability to work with standard office software.
