Customer Service Supervisor – Jersey Airport

About the role

The Customer Service Supervisor is an operational frontline role at Jersey Airport, responsible for leading the passenger service team across check‑in, boarding gates, lounges, meet‑and‑greet, mishandled baggage and PRM handling. You will ensure safe, on‑time departures and deliver consistent, high‑quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide great customer experiences at every touchpoint.
• Allocate team members to shifts, monitor overtime and control budget spend.
• Identify training needs, coach, mentor and provide performance feedback.
• Enforce SOPs, safety, security, uniform and PPE requirements.
• Hold daily briefings, conduct QHSE inspections and audits.
• Manage return‑to‑work paperwork for sick staff and support attrition reduction.
• Maintain communication with airport authorities to meet AOL goals.
• Resolve customer service challenges promptly and support negotiations with new customers.
