Customer Service Trainer

About the role

Stericycle is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Trainer to design, develop and deliver high‑impact training programs for our customer service teams. You will play a pivotal role in elevating service quality and ensuring representatives have the skills to exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Create engaging training materials, including manuals, e‑learning modules and workshop content.
• Facilitate both classroom‑based and virtual training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve representative performance.
• Collaborate with customer service management to align training with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Proven experience delivering effective corporate training programs.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop customized solutions.
• Experience measuring training impact using metrics and evaluations.
• Solid background in customer service to understand departmental challenges.
