Customer Success Engineer – Enterprise AI Solutions

About the role

Deepgram seeks a Customer Success Engineer in London to act as the technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts, driving adoption of its real‑time Voice AI platform and ensuring success across the full customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, partnering with developers to CIOs.
• Own onboarding, adoption, technical enablement, expansion and advocacy for each customer.
• Deliver live demos, workshops, architecture guidance and troubleshooting to embed Deepgram technology.
• Continuously discover customer problems, translate them into product requirements and influence the roadmap.
• Identify and scope cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, lead executive business reviews and track health metrics.

Required profile

• 7+ years in technical, customer‑facing roles such as TAM, solutions engineer or enterprise CS at API‑driven or AI companies.
• Proven track record of combining technical depth with commercial growth, including successful expansion in complex accounts.
• Hands‑on experience running demos, POCs or technical workshops for enterprise customers.
• Ability to engage both technical stakeholders (developers, architects) and executive buyers (CTO, CIO).
• Demonstrated AI‑native operating model, having built tools or workflows that eliminate recurring work.

Required skills

• Fluency with APIs and developer workflows.
• Automation and scripting experience (e.g., Python, TypeScript).
• Knowledge of workflow tools and agent frameworks.
• Comfort with AI‑first processes and building AI‑driven solutions.
