Customer Success Executive – Hybrid – £28k‑£33k

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to join a market‑leading software organisation in Southampton. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site client interaction with remote work, and focuses on driving customer engagement, retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Support customer onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption.
• Proactively contact customers to drive retention and reduce churn.
• Assist with customer renewals and account growth opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• A customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence to work proactively and build relationships at all levels.
