Customer Success Manager – NHS Digital Health

About the role

Luscii is looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as the trusted day‑to‑day partner for NHS Trusts, ICBs and GP practices using our digital health applications. You will help customers turn digital health potential into measurable impact, stronger adoption and better patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Own the ongoing relationship with a portfolio of live NHS accounts, serving as the primary contact.
• Understand each customer’s desired outcomes and drive adoption by engaging clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Gather, interpret and share usage and impact data to demonstrate value and define next steps.
• Conduct structured experience reviews, capture feedback and evidence of impact to support renewals and growth.
• Identify growth, new‑business and interoperability opportunities and relay them to the Account Partner.
• Collaborate with Implementation Specialists during onboarding and take ownership once a programme is live.
• Feed customer insights and product feedback back into Luscii to improve the offering.

Required profile

• Experience working with NHS organisations or in digital health environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both clinical and senior leadership.
• Ability to translate customer goals into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Commercial awareness and data‑driven mindset.
