CX3 Business Analyst

About the role

Reed is seeking a Business Analyst to become the subject‑matter expert for CX3, its core screening platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to uncover business challenges, propose practical solutions and define the requirements needed to enhance the system.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the CX3 subject‑matter expert for Reed Screening.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed process documentation.
• Support testing, implementation and adoption of system changes.
• Collaborate with product owners, IT teams, third‑party suppliers and business stakeholders.
• Assist with client implementations, tenders and complex system queries.

Required profile

• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven track record supporting system improvements and business‑change initiatives.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

Required skills

• Knowledge of software development and API integration.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Visio.
