Cyber Security Identity Manager

About the role

EY is expanding its Cyber Security practice across the UK & Ireland and is looking for a Manager to lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. You will work on high‑impact cyber transformation projects, advising clients on secure architecture, software engineering practices and cyber defence optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Review, design and deliver IAM solutions for large‑scale client engagements.
• Own end‑to‑end IAM engagements, managing day‑to‑day delivery and client communication.
• Collaborate with alliance partners to build and enhance EY’s IAM service portfolio.
• Provide specialist advice within multi‑discipline teams on secure architecture blueprints and cyber defence operations.
• Develop innovative IAM security solutions and industry‑specific propositions in partnership with UK and global colleagues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering IAM services and cyber security consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engagements and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of current market trends in identity management and cyber security.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and advising senior client stakeholders.
