D365 Platform Specialist

About the role

Icon Cancer Centre and Pharmaxo Group are leading healthcare providers seeking a D365 Platform Specialist to own their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) environment. You will be involved from design and build through go‑live, then manage the platform in hyper‑care and steady‑state operation.

Key responsibilities

• Take full administrative ownership of the D365 F&SCM platform, managing environments, configuration, security roles and user access.
• Work with the Project Delivery Team and Microsoft Solution Partner to ensure smooth hand‑over from project to BAU support.
• Manage licence allocation, optimisation and budgeting for platform costs.
• Coordinate change activities following ITIL principles, lead regression testing, UAT and release readiness reviews.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations to optimise business processes and promote standard D365 functionality.
• Maintain role‑based access controls and audit compliance with GDPR, Cyber Essentials Plus and ALCOA+ standards.
• Support data migration, cleansing, validation and improve data governance.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, internal IT and the Microsoft Solution Partner.
• Own platform documentation and deliver knowledge transfer across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Experience across the full ERP lifecycle – implementation, configuration and transition‑to‑service.
• Solid understanding of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing and Supply Chain processes.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise licensing and user access controls.
• Track record coordinating change management, release management and regression testing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
