Dance Teacher – KS3 & 4 (London)

About the role
Reeson Education is supporting a large mainstream secondary school in Lambeth that is looking for a full‑time Dance Teacher from September 2026. You will teach dance to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, following the latest examination specifications and the school’s departmental schemes of work.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging dance lessons for KS3 and KS4 pupils.
- Maintain accurate attendance records in SIMS and follow the school’s health and safety procedures.
- Use ICT resources and classroom materials to enhance learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy.
- Participate in in‑service training, observations and feedback sessions as directed by the Head of Department.

- Creative, inspirational and innovative teaching style.
- Passionate about student achievement and able to motivate both learners and colleagues.
- Committed to high standards, continuous improvement and safeguarding.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the SIMS school management system.
- Effective use of ICT in lesson planning and delivery.
