Data Administrator – Clinical Research Trials

About the role

The Clinical Research Facility (CRF) at UCLH is seeking a self‑motivated Data Administrator to support the data entry and management of a diverse portfolio of academic and commercial clinical trials. You will work across two London sites, ensuring that trial data meet the highest standards of quality, protocol compliance, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and UK clinical trial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain trial data from first‑into‑human studies through to complex phase 3 and non‑IMP investigations.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness in line with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Support both academic and commercial trial teams across all therapeutic areas.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to resolve data queries promptly.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Willingness to work across two CRF locations as required.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
