Data Administrator – Hybrid (Canary Wharf)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Administrator to join the Access, Licensing and International team in Canary Wharf. The role is hybrid, with two days a week in the office and the rest remote, and will run for six months on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and process access applications, supporting case workers with recommendations.
• Manage an individual case load, taking on more complex cases as experience grows.
• Research and analyse data to support team proposals and assess changes to existing access contracts.
• Engage with stakeholders to advise on access legislation and internal policies.
• Maintain shared mailboxes to ensure timely responses.
• Collaborate with Communications and Web teams to publish accurate documents.
• Contribute to broader directorate projects and casework.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong time‑management abilities.
• Independent, efficient and able to collaborate creatively within a team.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build stakeholder relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Word and Excel.
