Data Analyst and Systems Administrator

About the role

LeMieux, the UK’s fastest‑growing equestrian and lifestyle brand, is looking for a Data Analyst and Systems Administrator to help manage and optimise its data systems. You will ensure data integrity, support business intelligence initiatives and work closely with the IT team to drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee data management systems to guarantee accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor system usage, identify and resolve discrepancies, and maintain seamless performance.
• Implement best‑practice governance to preserve data integrity and reliability.
• Improve reporting tools and automate key processes for greater efficiency.
• Provide user support, training and guidance on system functionality.
• Manage support tickets, prioritising and resolving system‑related requests promptly.
• Assist the Power BI analyst by investigating data issues, validating report changes and performing ad‑hoc analysis using Excel.
• Handle manual data transfers between systems when automation is unavailable.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support data‑driven decisions and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
• Analytical mindset capable of investigating discrepancies and solving technical issues.
• Technical proficiency with PIM systems, data management, Excel and relational databases.
• Problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting and workflow optimisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
