Data Analyst – Hybrid (3 days onsite) – £43‑50k

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a fast‑growing organisation in London that is heavily investing in its data capabilities. The role is hybrid, with three days on‑site each week, and offers a salary up to £50,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy engaging Power BI dashboards from concept through to production.
• Gather business requirements, create wireframes and translate them into reporting solutions that answer real questions.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform and load data from various sources.
• Analyse complex datasets to surface trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve data pipelines and support scalable data models.
• Maintain data quality, accuracy and governance across all reporting artefacts.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted analytics partner.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of data fundamentals, including modelling, preparation and quality assurance.
• Proven experience building dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
