About the role

Join Mercedes‑Benz Vans as a Data Fellowship Apprentice (Level 4) and develop into a confident data analyst. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, work on real business challenges from day one, and be supported by a dedicated coach and the Multiverse learning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to day‑to‑day data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Participate in innovative projects that improve decision‑making across the organisation.
• Apply learning to real‑world business challenges and help increase access to clean, structured data.
• Collaborate on‑site five days a week, with flexibility at manager’s discretion.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Passionate about the Mercedes‑Benz Vans brand and eager to learn.
• Proactive, confident and curious with some work or volunteer experience.
