Data Manager – 5-Month Hybrid Contract

About the role

We are recruiting a Data Manager for a 5‑month hybrid contract in Lincoln. The role will lead the data analyst team, ensuring high‑quality data collection, analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development, validation and continuous improvement of organisational performance reporting.
• Manage regulatory and statutory reporting, delivering performance analysis and actionable insights.
• Analyse data from multiple systems, identify trends, monitor performance and risks, and create dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support reporting and legislative requirements.
• Line‑manage a data analyst, promote data quality, governance and self‑service reporting.

Required profile

• Strong background in data analysis, performance reporting and business intelligence.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable and customer‑focused professional.
