Data Resilience Technical Consultant – ServiceNow GRC & CMDB

About the role

We are partnering with a leading UK financial services organisation to build a new Data Resilience capability within its Chief Data and Analytics function. As a Data Resilience Technical Consultant you will translate regulatory and business requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions, strengthening the resilience of critical data services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Data Resilience solution in ServiceNow, including GRC, CMDB and Discovery modules.
• Map end‑to‑end data flows, maintain asset relationships and identify vulnerabilities across critical data services.
• Produce user stories, workflows, data models and control documentation for Agile delivery.
• Support the creation of resilience dashboards and Power BI reports.
• Facilitate workshops and training for technical and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate BAU Data Resilience processes, attestations and audit evidence.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow GRC, CMDB modelling and Discovery.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, write user stories and document technical solutions.
• Experience working in regulated financial services or operational resilience environments.
• Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and translating technical concepts into clear business language.
