About the role
We are partnering with a leading pensions provider to recruit Pensions Administrators at all levels, working from home across Yorkshire and the Humber. The role involves managing defined benefit (DB) pension schemes, processing calculations, payments and authorising work.
Key responsibilities
- Administer DB pension schemes, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.
- Authorise work and maintain high‑quality data entry standards.
- Produce and review reports, supporting quality management processes.
- Coach and guide junior team members as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in pension administration, particularly with DB schemes.
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.
