DBS Cleaner – Evening Shift

About the role

We are seeking a reliable DBS‑checked cleaner to join our team in Southend‑on‑Sea. The position offers consistent evening shifts, six hours per day, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start. You will be part of a commercial cleaning team delivering high‑quality service to various premises.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of commercial premises, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising.
• Clean washrooms and communal areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and replenish supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Valid DBS check.
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail; previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to follow schedules and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
