Deal Operations Specialist – Loan Agency (Europe)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Deal Operations professional with a loan‑agency background to join our European investment team. The role will support deal closing, settlement and lifecycle management across a wide range of asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate European direct‑lending deal closings with internal teams and external counterparties.
• Review operational aspects of credit agreements and manage funding, cash movements and payment processes.
• Oversee trade booking, resolve breaks and handle restructurings and amendments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for counterparties, custodians and internal stakeholders to ensure timely settlements.
• Monitor outsourced activities, drive process improvements and maintain robust controls.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience in investment operations with strong bank‑loan knowledge.
• Deep understanding of loan‑lifecycle events, restructuring processes and settlement workflows.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple asset classes including loans, bonds, structured credit, derivatives and FX.
