Dealer Contact Centre & Funding Advisor – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Join Santander Consumer Finance UK’s New Business team as a Dealer Contact Centre & Funding Advisor on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working hybrid (three days in the Redhill office), you will be the first point of contact for motor dealers and brokers, ensuring professional telephone service and smooth processing of finance applications.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound dealer and broker calls within agreed SLA targets.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate operational teams and process funding documentation.
• Verify that all documentation meets regulatory and legal requirements.
• Identify potential fraud and liaise with the Fraud/Financial Crime team.
• Respond to dealer queries via email and manage the department mailbox.
• Handle generic interface errors and the funding online referral queue.
• Support the Leisure & Specialist Funding & DCC team and work deals for Ltd companies and business partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, Consumer Duty principles and internal risk policies.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and inquisitive.
• Strong numeracy and computer literacy.
