About the role
As a Delivery Assistant at Dreams you will work alongside drivers to provide a first‑class delivery experience. You will handle products with care and help customers set up for a better night’s sleep.
Key responsibilities
- Travel with the driver in a 3.5‑tonne van to customers’ homes.
- Deliver, lift and assemble mattresses, bed frames, sofa beds and bedroom furniture.
- Help each delivery run smoothly using pre‑loaded vehicles.
- Give every customer a warm, helpful and professional experience.
Required profile
- Friendly, patient and passionate about great service.
- Comfortable talking with customers and working as part of a team.
- Happy with a physical role involving lifting, carrying and assembly.
- Flexible and reliable, including availability on alternate Saturdays.
