Main Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers following strict schedules and routes.
• Manage customer orders and update delivery status via a mobile application.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a friendly face for the company.
• Perform pre-departure vehicle inspections and ensure safe driving practices.
• Handle vehicle recharging and report any discrepancies or delays promptly.
• Work within the cold storage environment (-20°C) and support warehouse and office teams when needed.
• Participate in local marketing activities to promote our services.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold a valid UK manual driving license.
• Proven experience in customer service roles.
• Reliable, punctual, and possessing a friendly, professional attitude.
• Comfortable working in cold environments and handling physical tasks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (24 hours/week, 3 days out of 6, including bank holidays).
