Delivery Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive digital product and project delivery for a leading international education and cultural relations organisation. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery flow, remove blockers and foster a self‑organising, high‑performing team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery flow for assigned digital products and projects.
• Identify and resolve blockers, risks, dependencies and recurring issues.
• Facilitate Scrum, Kanban and Lean ceremonies to keep teams aligned.
• Establish predictable, sustainable delivery cadences and reduce lead times.
• Coach multidisciplinary teams to improve delivery capability.
• Maintain delivery plans, sprint backlogs, risk and issue logs.
• Use real‑time dashboards and metrics to provide visibility of flow, velocity and forecasts.
• Communicate plans, risks and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
• Manage third‑party suppliers and integrate external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Agile delivery leadership, preferably at senior level.
• Strong servant‑leadership mindset with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication skills for senior and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working with global, distributed teams and external suppliers.

• Risk and issue management.
