Delivery Team Leader – Night Shift (14h contract)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Delivery Team Leader to oversee night‑shift deliveries at our Regent Street store. You will ensure efficient stockroom operations, accurate replenishment and high standards of product handling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery execution efficiently and meet target productivity.
• Maintain excellent stockroom standards and process overstock according to guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely replenishment.
• Scan delivery products thoroughly using RFID and resolve discrepancies.
• Confirm all delivery notes across three departments.
• Continuously develop stock knowledge and promote store promotions.
• Maintain store electronic devices such as phones, iPods and bluebirds.
• Motivate and develop the delivery team.
• Act as an ambassador for the company’s sustainability projects.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and retail.
• Proven track record in operations and people management.
• Strong understanding of customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.

Required skills

• RFID scanning and discrepancy handling
• Maintenance of store electronic devices (phones, iPods, bluebirds)
