Deployment Strategist

About the role

As a Deployment Strategist at seamflow you will own client deployments end‑to‑end, embedding with customers to map workflows, configure the platform and drive adoption. You will partner closely with the founding team, sales, engineering and the customer to turn pilots into reference accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own deployments: design and run structured deployment plans for enterprise pilots, breaking ambiguous client problems into clear milestones, owners, and deadlines.
• Define deployment strategy: create and evolve the deployment playbook as one of the first deployment hires.
• Build the team beneath you: support hiring and shape the deployment function as it scales.
• Map workflows: understand customers’ testing, inspection and certification environments and configure the product accordingly.
• Drive adoption: build trust with senior stakeholders, identify champions, remove blockers and ensure product usage.
• Feed the product: work closely with engineering to turn field insights into product requirements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, customer‑facing deployment, implementation or enterprise B2B operational roles.
• High emotional intelligence – comfortable interacting with senior executives and technical reviewers alike.
• Strong organizational skills – able to run multiple workstreams across several clients without dropping anything.
• Bias to action and fast learning with a genuine curiosity for AI‑driven tools.
