Deputy Manager – Castlehill Service

About the role

The Deputy Manager will support the Project Group Manager in delivering high‑quality, low‑to‑medium intensity support to residents with complex needs, helping them develop life skills and move towards sustainable housing.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Group Manager in managing the assigned portfolio and ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations.
• Provide care and support to residents with complex needs, including homelessness, mental health, and substance use issues.
• Participate in the 24/7 on‑call rota and respond to emergencies as required.

Required profile

• Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in Community, Health or Social Science, or completion of the Depaul Emerging Leaders Course.
• At least 2 years’ experience working with marginalised groups (e.g., people experiencing homelessness or addiction) or providing direct line‑management support.
