Digital Account Manager - Gaming

About the role

An independent creative and media agency is looking for a Digital Account Manager to work across gaming and entertainment brands. The role combines hands-on campaign activation with strategic planning and client relationship management. It is based in the City of London with a hybrid arrangement of two days in the office, and pays up to £45,000.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, activate and optimise campaigns across PPC and paid social.
• Own campaign delivery from initial brief and setup through to reporting and recommendations.
• Manage budgets, monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Build strong client relationships and present campaign updates confidently.
• Collaborate with creative and media colleagues to align messaging, audiences and channel strategy.
• Balance multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Explore new platforms, formats and opportunities to connect brands with gaming audiences.

Required profile

• Agency experience working directly with gaming clients (essential).
• Hands-on experience across paid search and paid social, including campaign builds, optimisation and reporting.
• Understanding of gaming audiences and how to reach them through digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and clear communication skills, with experience managing client relationships.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence taking ownership of your work.
