Digital Content Assistant

About the role

FINE+RARE is seeking a Digital Content Assistant to support its global digital presence. In this hands‑on position you will ensure that website, email, social and paid‑media content is accurate, on‑brand and aligned with commercial goals. The role offers a fast‑track entry into digital marketing within a luxury wine and spirits marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Upload, format, quality‑check and maintain content across the website, product pages, landing pages, email campaigns, editorial pieces, paid media and social channels.
• Support digital campaign launches by preparing, testing and verifying content assets against timelines.
• Perform detailed content audits covering links, imagery, spelling, pricing, tagging, tracking URLs, calls‑to‑action and audience segmentation.
• Maintain digital content calendars, campaign trackers and status documents.
• Gather and organise inputs from internal teams, including product details, pricing, images, tasting notes and campaign copy.
• Assist in the preparation, QA and scheduling of email and social media content, ensuring platform‑specific formatting.
• Check content on desktop and mobile to guarantee a strong user experience before launch.
• Support basic performance tracking of email, social and campaign activity.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant qualification in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field.
• Previous experience in a marketing, content, social media or e‑commerce role, preferably within a luxury, premium or lifestyle brand.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
