Digital Enablement Trainer – Primary Care

About the role

The Digital Enablement Trainer will join the Digital Enablement Primary Care Team to support the roll‑out of GP IT Reprovisioning across NHS Fife. You will deliver training and provide hands‑on support to GP practice staff as they adopt new digital systems, helping them use technology confidently to improve patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions for GP practice staff on new GP IT digital systems.
• Provide on‑site and remote support to ensure staff can operate the systems effectively.
• Travel throughout Fife and, when required, across Scotland to meet training needs.
• Adapt working hours to align with training schedules and practice availability.
• Act as an advocate for NHS Fife’s digital transformation agenda.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and engaging communicator with a supportive teaching style.
• Strong interest in helping others learn and adopt new technology.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the region.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
