Digital Learning Specialist

About the role

Burges Salmon is seeking a Digital Learning Specialist to join its Digital Learning team. You will support a wide range of stakeholders by delivering engaging training programmes that enable teams to use new technology effectively and maintain high‑quality service for legal clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver face‑to‑face and virtual training sessions on firm‑supported technologies.
• Provide onboarding and return‑to‑work digital and technical training for new starters and returning colleagues.
• Create, update and manage digital learning content, user guides and training materials.
• Produce videos and other multimedia resources to support continuous development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to identify learning needs and enhance digital capability.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of IT applications, especially Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience delivering training to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style.
• Resilient, able to work well under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
